    The deep pass: data condition, system integrations, revenue leaks quantified with dollar and hour estimates. Every candidate AI lever gets pressure-tested against what the diagnostic has surfaced.

  3. Days 61 to 90

    Synthesize

    Findings become a plan: what to clean up, which lever AI pulls first, in what order, and what each step should return. Delivered in a read-out with both arms at the table.

The honest outcome
