Terms of Service

By accessing aiossolutions.ai or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

AI OS Solutions is the parent company of AI Revenue Engine (consulting, AI adoption, and strategy) and NekterAI (AI build and deployment). Our services include:

• The 90-Day Diagnostic: a fixed-scope engagement that maps your workflows, systems, and data before anything is built.
• Consulting, AI adoption, and education.
• Custom AI operators, voice agents, and automation built and deployed for your business.
• Ongoing management and support.

• Every engagement starts with the 90-Day Diagnostic, a one-time $15,000 fixed-scope engagement. Nothing agentic is built before it.
• The diagnostic is governed in detail by the Diagnostic Services Agreement, including deliverables, refunds, and ownership of work. If these Terms and that agreement conflict, the Diagnostic Services Agreement controls for the diagnostic.
• The diagnostic is an honest assessment, not a guarantee of business outcomes. If AI cannot move your number, the diagnostic says so, and that is a complete outcome.

For consulting and build engagements, detailed scope, pricing, and deliverables are provided in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

• The 90-Day Diagnostic: $15,000, paid in advance via our payment provider (Stripe), by checkout or invoice.
• Engagements (consulting/build): deposits and milestones as set out in the applicable SOW; monthly fees, where applicable, are billed in advance.
• Payment methods: credit card and, for approved clients, bank transfer or invoice.
• Late payments on invoiced engagements may accrue 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances.

• Provide accurate information and necessary access.
• Respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Comply with our acceptable use expectations.
• Maintain the security of any provided credentials.

• Our methods: AI OS Solutions retains ownership of its proprietary methods, frameworks, and tools.
• Client deliverables: clients own configured systems and custom code developed specifically for them.
• Third-party tools: open-source and third-party tools remain subject to their respective licenses.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during service delivery.

AI OS Solutions is not liable for:

• Misuse of systems or reports we provide.
• Third-party service outages (e.g. Stripe, OpenAI, Vercel).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability: the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

• Services are provided with reasonable skill and care.
• We make no guarantee of specific business outcomes.
• Automated reports and third-party tools are provided “as is.” AI-generated content may contain errors; use professional judgment before acting on it.

• By client: 30 days written notice for ongoing engagements; fees owed for services rendered.
• By AI OS Solutions: immediate termination for non-payment or breach of these terms.

• Governing law: State of Nevada, United States.
• Disputes resolved via binding arbitration (JAMS).
• Jurisdiction: Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
